INSTEP Empowers Continuous Learning through INSTEP Digital Learning Page

INSTEP recently celebrated the completion of Bite-Sized Video (BSV) for learning materials to be incorporated in INSTEP Digital Learning page. This fulfils INSTEP’s role as PETRONAS technical training arm, aligned with our winning aspiration: A progressive solutions partner enriching energy workforce for a sustainable future. By delivering tailored, fit-for-purpose technical training, INSTEP empower technical workforce to thrive in an evolving energy landscape.

Also present during the event were the Chief Executive Officer of ASEAN Bintulu Fertilizer, En. Lawai Jok, together with MLNG leadership team & SKG 16.6 Analytical fraternity.

“This initiative supports the culture of continuous learning agenda for technical workforce to empower them with the knowledge and skills necessary to enhance the technical capabilities, adhere to the highest safety standard and effective in decision-making processes,” Chief Executive Officer of INSTEP, En. Mohamad bin Nasir remarked in his speech. 

The INSTEP Digital Learning page is a comprehensive platform designed to support self-directed learning, in alignment with Talent Reshaping, and lifelong learning within PETRONAS. 

INSTEP since the establishment of its digital learning page had published 290 e-learning courses, 50 e-assessments and 29 bite-sized videos, to enhance digital learning experience for PETRONAS staff.

The establishment of INSTEP Digital Learning page aligns with PETRONAS digitalisation agenda, while reducing emissions and carbon footprint, since it minimises paper usage in module printing, promoting sustainability and environmental responsibility.
