Established in 1981, INSTEP accelerates human capital development in the oil & gas industry through experiential learning, and delivering customised niche programmes. Our Upstream Downstream Training Plant (UDTP) is the first-of-its-kind in the world and provides real plant experiential learning in safe environment to generate job ready engineers & technicians. It simulates real upstream and downstream plant scenarios to enhance the competency of learners through hands-on training and experiential learning.
