INSTEP has been recognised among the Top 5% of learning organisations worldwide, as announced by Explorance’s Metrics That Matter (MTM). This recognition reflects INSTEP’s strong learning effectiveness, demonstrating measurable workplace impact and affirming learning investments translated directly into job applicability and improved performance.

With a weighted score of 58.49% across three key metrics including Estimated Performance Improvement, Net Promoter Score, and Scrap Learning, INSTEP ranked just 4% below the highest-performing organisation globally, reinforcing our position among the world’s leading learning providers.

“We celebrate this achievement as a team. This milestone reflects another successful collaboration across PETRONAS divisions and positions us as a data-driven learning provider supporting PETRONAS’s human capital capability agenda,” said Ts. Azhar b. Ahmad.

This accomplishment was driven by INSTEP’s emphasis on job applicability and performance outcomes, enabled through close collaboration between Learning Experience Orchestration, programme teams, and instructors, ensuring learning that truly makes a difference where it matters most.
