Chandramohan motivated the learners on the importance of teamwork, where everyone needs to come together as one like the intertwining roots of the Redwood Forest, standing tall and strong for hundreds of years
Chin Yew Sin narrated the story of "Who Packs Your Parachute", emphasising on the important role and contribution of every team member. He highlighted that INSTEP is an important team member for ExxonMobil.

In “Empowering Capability”, INSTEP consistently strives to innovate the learning approaches for progressive strengthening of competencies, facilitated by certified & experienced instructors and complemented with state-of-the-art facilities.  The learners gained ample technical knowledge and skills through the blended learning approach of face-to-face classroom learning complemented by Augmented & Virtual Reality, hands-on training at practical workshops, experiential learning at INSTEP Upstream Downstream Training Plant (UDTP) and On-the-Job Training (OJT) at offshore.
